I offer training at all levels (organizations, associations, universities, professionals), for groups and even 1-to-1, on mediation techniques, conflict management and negotiation.
I am a mediation trainer registered with the Italian Ministry of Justice and accredited at the Arbitration Chamber of Milan. Since 2012 I have been working with the University of Milan-Bicocca, teaching and running workshops on mediation and negotiation.
I am also an accredited teacher of the Center for Understanding in Conflict (California) for teaching mediation according to US standards.
