Cookies are small text files that a website saves in the browser of whoever visits it. Some are needed to make the site work — remembering the language you chose, for instance — others measure visits or follow people from one site to another. Here you will only find the first kind.
This site only uses technical cookies, the ones needed to make it work. There are no analytics, audience measurement or profiling cookies.
The Contact page includes a Google map. Until you accept it, the map stays suspended and no data is sent to Google. If you load it, Google may set its own cookies (among others NID and CONSENT, lasting up to two years) and receive your IP address; the processing is described in Google’s privacy policy.
The typefaces used on the site are requested from Google Fonts servers: they set no cookies, but the request shares your IP address with Google.
Some pages link to YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Drive and to the websites of course organisers: these are plain links, and any cookies are set by those sites once you open them.
You can review your choice whenever you like, if only to block the map again:
Every browser also lets you see the stored cookies and delete them, usually from the settings about privacy and site data. If you delete the technical cookies the site keeps working, but it forgets the language you chose and the notice appears again.
