Mediator

In more than 20 years of experience as a mediator I have helped to solve disputes of all kinds, including very high-value ones: probate, wills and family issues, large insurance claims, commercial contracts, intellectual and industrial property, environmental disputes, medical malpractice, real estate, company matters and many others.

As a civil and commercial mediator I am registered with institutional organizations such as the Arbitration Chamber of Milan and the Milan Bar Mediation Organization, as well as with several private organizations.

As an international mediator I am a member of the P2B disputes Panel at CEDR – Center for Effective Dispute Resolution in London, I am listed among the mediators of WIPO – World Intellectual Property Organization and I am registered with ECDR – European Center for Dispute Resolution in Ljubljana. I hold the international certifications IMI – International Mediation Institute, CEDR – Center for Effective Dispute Resolution and ISCT – International Society for Conflict Transformation.

I also work privately, for ad hoc mediations, when the choice to mediate has already been made and a more flexible and dedicated mediation is desired, in terms of organization and timing, with even greater attention to confidentiality and the possibility of working in a private space that I designed and equipped specifically for mediation and negotiation.

I am also a family mediator and a facilitator in Collaborative Practice.
