Arbitrator and Neutral

Being and acting as a neutral third party is my everyday work.

My profession requires balance, thoughtfulness, listening skills and an open mind: qualities that develop and grow sharper by living daily amidst conflicts and disputes, in the awareness that “truth” is always the sum of several points of view. Thinking and acting independently and impartially is the true and only power of the third party. And it is the constant goal of the way I live and work.

Besides working as a mediator, I also act as an arbitrator and neutral. I am listed among the WIPO – World Intellectual Property Organization neutrals. I have served as a board member of companies and as chairman of non-profit associations.
